Barcelona's Pedro Contemplating Exit

Labels:

Barcelona's young winger Pedro could be looking for a new club next season.

Having played under Pep Guardiola for the B team, Pedro often found himself in the senior squad last season, and impressed during his limited appearances. However, with the attacking riches at Barcelona disposal, he realizes that first team opportunities are likely to continue to be few and far between.

Speaking to Radio El Dia, Pedro said, "I know that it is very difficult to play at Barcelona, and that I will have limited opportunities."

"If I have to leave, it is not a problem. There are options open that could be benficial for me."

However, having experienced Barcelona historic season first hand, Pedro is understandably reluctant to make any rash decisions. Speaking about the experience, he continued, "The truth is that you feel nervous playing at the Catalan, especially on your debut or in important games."

"But then, with the help of your team mates, you forget all that and enjoy the occasion."

Tenerife, Deportivo La Coruna and Osasuna are all said to be interested in signing Pedro.
