After an encouraging first season with the senior team, Bojan's limited playing opportunities during Barca's recently concluded historic season have alerted other clubs to the possibility of acquiring the Spanish U-21 international.

And, according to Marca, Getafe have now made initial inquiries.

The president of Los Azulones, Angel Torres, is a fan of the player, and believes that Getafe coach Michel could help him develop into a prominent player in the future. In addition, the club would be able to offer Bojan considerably more playing minutes than Barcelona.

However, all the recent comments from the Camp Nou would suggest that Barcelona have no intention of letting Bojan leave just yet. At best, they might consider a loan deal, although Getafe would face plenty of competition if that were to happen.
