Labels:

vice president of barcelona Jaume Ferrer doesn't believe that "any player in the world is worth €95 million", the figure that Madrid look set to dish out for the sriker of Man Utd.

Both the Bernabeu and red devil confirmed this morning that an offer has been accepted and negotiations are now thought to be ongoing.

Speaking about the bid, Ferrer described it as "out of the market" but insisted that Barca willn't change their stance this summer.

"We have to pay what we believe players are worth," Marca quote the barcelona vice president as saying.

"When you pay too much, it goes around the circuit and other clubs can also ask for larger offer now. There could be a strong inflation in the market for players."

Ferrer also tried to disassociate blaugrana side from rwal Madrid, saying that "we will do things our way and Madrid their way".

He also sent out a message to the club, warning them that "spending more doesnt assure titles, as has been shown before".

Finally, Barcelona vice president was asked about the potential signing of Zlatan, and refused to be drawn on the situation.

"That is something for the coaches. For the time being, one must see what happens each day," he add.
