the goalkeeper of barca "Victor Valdes" has been recently linked with numerous clubs including Manchester Utd and AC Milan, and his future would appear to be hanging in the balance. However, the shot stopper's agent, "Gines Carvajal", has brushed off rumours linking his client to any other team.

"We do not have any offers and nor are we going to listen to any, wherever they come from," Carvajal told the Catalan radio station RAC 1.

"Valdes has a year left on his contract and he owes it to Barca."

Agent's was adamant that Victor Valdes would remain faithful to the catalan, despite only having 12 months left on his current contract.

"We don't want to listen to anything which will distract us from the idea of renewing at Barca," Victor Valdes' agent went on.

"Our desire is that the situation sorts itself out. As we still have a lot of time, that's where we are."

However, despite being confident that Victor Valdes' future is as Barca, Carvajal did concede that there have been some problems between the parties with regards to agreeing terms.

"It's complicated, there are differences, because if there weren't then we would have already renewed," he continued.

"Our desire is to continue negotiating. On our part, we aren't breaking up any talks and Barcelona haven't told me that they are either."
