The french's agent has revealed that the O.Lyon forward would find it hard to turn down a move to Camp Nou, but insists that nothing will happen while the Cameroonian striker is still at Barca.

Benzema has been tipped to join Pep Guardiola's history-making side if Samuel Eto'o leaves and his representative, The Agent, believes he would enjoy it.

Despite previously stating that Benzema was happy at Olympique Lyonnais, if a chance to go to Barçelona arose then it would now have to be considered, The agent explained.

"FC Barcelona are the best club in the world at the moment, the greatest and this is a motivation that any player should have in his career," he is told RAC1 radio station.

"Valdes,Iniesta,Xavi,Puyol,Messi,Eto'o,henry,Alves ... there are so many good players. The fact that they all play in one team is great.

"Nobody has called me. All this talk about whether Karim Benzema could go to Barca is just rumour.

"I think FC Barcelona will speak to Samuel Eto'o before looking for another striker."
