Bojan Krkic Staying At Barcelona,Plays Up Guardiola Relationship
Barca starlet "Bojan Krkic" has become one of the most sought-after young players in Europe this summer, with countless clubs big and small trying to lure him to their team.
But the 18 year old, who had a disappointing tournament with Spain in the U-21 European Championships, has pledged his commitment to the Catalan once again, despite knowing full well he could spend the majority of next season warming the bench.
“The directors at Barcelona have told me to remain at the club and for me, that’s the end of it,” he was quoted as saying by Sport.
“I have a good relationship with Pep Guardiola and I have been given the playing time that I deserved.
“The problem is that it is very difficult to break into the first team when three of the best forwards in the world are ahead of you. But the important thing is that I have enjoyed every minute that I have played.”
Modest Getafe are the latest to have made an approach for Bojan Krkic, while a part exchange deal with Valencia involving David Villa has also been on the cards.
